Can anyone organise a fundraising campaign?

Yes, everyone can organise a fundraising campaign regardless of the number of participants. You can even be alone. The purpose of your fundraising should simply be legal. For example, your summer camp, travel, equipment, cash box, club, conversion work, financial assistance, charity, association, gift, donation, ... All your projects deserve to be funded!

How to ask for more information?

Return the "Request for information" form available on our website. You will receive an email with the documentation.

How to register my group to start a fundraising?

Return the "Registration form" available on our website. You will receive a confirmation email to start your fundraising immediately.

Can I get the digital catalogue for our internet contacts ?

When you register, we email you the digital catalogue and the digital form for your internet contacts. By broadcasting them, you will increase your requests.

Will we have fees or a minimum to reach?

You have no fees. The documents sent to you are free. There is no obligation of result or minimum to reach to benefit from the conditions offered to groups. Even if you decide to stop your fundraising along the way, we'll stay good friends !

How to communicate the requests for socks collected?

You must group your requests (Please do not send us your requests separately). You then input your order of socks in the "Order Form for Groups" available on the website and follow the procedure.

Your distribution work will be much easier ! Note that the shipping costs (€7,90) are offset for 20 pairs or more by 2 additional free pairs (see question on shipping costs).

How to pay for an order?

You can choose between different payment methods: debit cards / credit cards / bank transfer.

How will we receive the 3€/pair?

After having grouped your requests, you input them using the "Order Form for Groups" available on our website. The total amount of €3/pair will be calculated automatically and deducted from your bill. You will keep this money for your fundraising.

Here is a simple example:

Suppose the total of your requests is 100 fancy pairs at the public price of €7.9 each.

Total of your requests: 100 X €7.90= €790

Your discount: 100 X €3 = €300

Your bill: €790 - €300 = €490

You pay Pom de Pin €490 and you keep your €300 rebate for your fundraising.

Can I send several orders during my fundraiser ?

Of course, we even advise you to do so! It is much simpler to handle several medium orders rather than just one big order.

Yes, by placing separate orders for each member of your group, we will send the packages directly to their personal address or to the address of your choice. What are the shipping costs ?

Shipping costs are €8.90 per order, regardless of the number of pairs.

However, for orders of 20 pairs or more, 3 free pairs chosen by Pom de Pin from fancy models in the current or previous collections will be added to your parcel.

These 3 free pairs are worth much more than the delivery charge (3 X 7.90€ = 23.70€). They'll make it easy for you to get the delivery charge back if you offer the 3 pairs to your friends and family. Even at half the retail price!

So it's best to order at least 20 pairs.

Until when can I send orders ?

A new collection is launched every year at the beginning of September. Our models are normally available throughout the entire collection. However, at the end of the collection, from May, some exhausted models may not be reproduced.

When will I receive my order/package of socks ?

Orders are triggered by our receipt of your payment. This is instant if you use a card but can take a few days for a bank transfer. Then you have to count + -2 or 3 working days for the preparation and + -2 or 3 working days for delivery by post or carrier. Keep an eye on your mailbox because, in case of absence, the postman will leave a notice telling you where to collect your package from. If 8 days after your order, you have not received any parcel or notice, contact us by email or phone.

Attention, these delivery times can be longer before Christmas time. Do not send your orders too late !

What happens in case of mistake or defect ?

If, despite our care, one of our products has a defect or if you simply change your mind, Pom de Pin will refund you or exchange it.
